Requests we will assess
Duplicate charges; incorrectly collected payments; paid access not delivered within the agreed timeframe for reasons attributable to Ledzerly; material failure to provide contracted services remaining unresolved after the agreed opportunity to remedy; and refunds required by law or written agreement.
Other cancellations
Proposed term: unless a written offer or applicable law provides otherwise, change of mind, non-use and cancellation during a paid period do not qualify for a proportional refund. A promotional refund period or money-back offer applies only where expressly stated at purchase.
Implementation and services
Refunds for onboarding, migration, training and custom development depend on the accepted scope, work completed and cancellation terms. Undelivered services are assessed separately from work performed.
