LEDZERLY TRUST CENTRE · ORIGINAL DRAFT
Terms of Service
These original Ledzerly terms establish the framework for using our website, connected practice products, AI features and support services.
- These terms apply to visitors, trial users, subscribers and authorised users of Ledzerly services.
- By accessing the service, the customer confirms that it has authority to accept these terms for its organisation.
- Ledzerly grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the subscribed workspace for legitimate business purposes.
- Customers must provide accurate account, billing and administrator information and keep it current.
- Users must protect passwords, invitations, API keys and other credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.
- Customers are responsible for permissions granted to staff, contractors and client-facing users in their workspace.
- Customer content remains the customer’s responsibility; customers must have the rights and lawful basis to upload or connect it.
- Ledzerly may process customer content only to provide, secure, support and improve the contracted service as described in applicable documentation.
- AI suggestions, calculations, reconciliations, drafts and workflow recommendations are assistive outputs and require qualified human review before filing, posting, signing or sending.
- Customers must not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, malware, infringement, harassment or deceptive conduct.
- Fees, renewal, taxes, plan limits and cancellation consequences are governed by the applicable order, proposal or subscription selection.
- Ledzerly may suspend access where necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, address non-payment or comply with law, with reasonable notice where practical.
- Either party may terminate according to the applicable order; provisions relating to confidentiality, payment, intellectual property and liability survive termination.
- Ledzerly may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version or providing notice where required.
- These terms do not create a partnership, employment, agency or professional-client relationship between Ledzerly and the customer.
- Questions, notices and complaints should be sent to contact@ledzerly.com with the account and relevant details.
- This policy applies to Ledzerly website visitors, trial users, customers, authorised workspace users and service providers where relevant.
- Ledzerly documents operational decisions, assigns responsibility and reviews controls as the products, threats and applicable requirements change.
- Customers must provide accurate information, maintain appropriate internal approvals and ensure that their users have the authority to act on their behalf.
- A concern or request should include the relevant account, dates, records and contact details so Ledzerly can investigate and respond proportionately.
- Ledzerly may update this policy when its services, providers, security controls or legal obligations change, with the revised date shown on the page.
- Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, and the final customer agreement may contain additional obligations.
Review notice: This original draft is product guidance, not a substitute for legal advice or a signed customer agreement. Ledzerly should confirm the final contracting entity, applicable law, dispute process, data retention schedule and regulatory obligations before publication.
