Terms of Service

These original Ledzerly terms establish the framework for using our website, connected practice products, AI features and support services.

  1. These terms apply to visitors, trial users, subscribers and authorised users of Ledzerly services.
  2. By accessing the service, the customer confirms that it has authority to accept these terms for its organisation.
  3. Ledzerly grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the subscribed workspace for legitimate business purposes.
  4. Customers must provide accurate account, billing and administrator information and keep it current.
  5. Users must protect passwords, invitations, API keys and other credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.
  6. Customers are responsible for permissions granted to staff, contractors and client-facing users in their workspace.
  7. Customer content remains the customer’s responsibility; customers must have the rights and lawful basis to upload or connect it.
  8. Ledzerly may process customer content only to provide, secure, support and improve the contracted service as described in applicable documentation.
  9. AI suggestions, calculations, reconciliations, drafts and workflow recommendations are assistive outputs and require qualified human review before filing, posting, signing or sending.
  10. Customers must not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, malware, infringement, harassment or deceptive conduct.
  11. Fees, renewal, taxes, plan limits and cancellation consequences are governed by the applicable order, proposal or subscription selection.
  12. Ledzerly may suspend access where necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, address non-payment or comply with law, with reasonable notice where practical.
  13. Either party may terminate according to the applicable order; provisions relating to confidentiality, payment, intellectual property and liability survive termination.
  14. Ledzerly may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version or providing notice where required.
  15. These terms do not create a partnership, employment, agency or professional-client relationship between Ledzerly and the customer.
  16. Questions, notices and complaints should be sent to contact@ledzerly.com with the account and relevant details.
  17. This policy applies to Ledzerly website visitors, trial users, customers, authorised workspace users and service providers where relevant.
  18. Ledzerly documents operational decisions, assigns responsibility and reviews controls as the products, threats and applicable requirements change.
  19. Customers must provide accurate information, maintain appropriate internal approvals and ensure that their users have the authority to act on their behalf.
  20. A concern or request should include the relevant account, dates, records and contact details so Ledzerly can investigate and respond proportionately.
  21. Ledzerly may update this policy when its services, providers, security controls or legal obligations change, with the revised date shown on the page.
  22. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, and the final customer agreement may contain additional obligations.
