2. Send notices to contact@ledzerly.com with subject ‘IPR complaint’.
3. We may request clarification and will take proportionate action after review.
4. This policy applies to Ledzerly website visitors, trial users, customers, authorised workspace users and service providers where relevant.
5. Ledzerly documents operational decisions, assigns responsibility and reviews controls as the products, threats and applicable requirements change.
6. Customers must provide accurate information, maintain appropriate internal approvals and ensure that their users have the authority to act on their behalf.
7. A concern or request should include the relevant account, dates, records and contact details so Ledzerly can investigate and respond proportionately.
8. Ledzerly may update this policy when its services, providers, security controls or legal obligations change, with the revised date shown on the page.
9. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, and the final customer agreement may contain additional obligations.
